Delete your Lovuli account

How to delete your account, and what gets deleted.

In the app

Open Settings, then Account and privacy, then Delete account.

By email

If you can’t open the app, email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete it.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, photos and prompts.
• Your likes, passes and matches.
• Your conversations, for you and the people you were talking to.
• Your sign-in, so you can’t log back in to this account.

Reports you made or that were made about you may be kept to help keep Lovuli safe.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription. If you pay on the website, cancel it in Settings first. If you pay through the App Store or Google Play, cancel it in your store account settings.
