Lovuli is run by Ninth Path Systems LLC (“we” or “us”). By using Lovuli you agree to these terms.

Who can use Lovuli

You must be at least 18 and allowed to use the app where you live. One account per person.

Be respectful

• Use real photos of yourself and honest details.
• No harassment, hate, threats, nudity, spam or scams.
• Don’t ask other members for money.

We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. On the website you pay by card through Stripe, and you can cancel any time from Settings; your plan keeps going until the end of the time you’ve paid for. Bought through the App Store or Google Play, you cancel in your store account settings, and refunds follow the store’s policy.

Invite friends: when someone new joins with your invite and finishes their profile within 14 days of signing up, you each get a month of Plus. You can earn up to 3 months a year this way. Plus from invites has no cash value, and we may take it back from accounts made just to earn it.

Safety

LOVULI DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS ON ITS MEMBERS.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll let you know in the app before big changes take effect.

Trademarks

Lovuli™ and the butterfly logo are trademarks of Ninth Path Systems LLC. Please don’t use them without our written permission.
