Acceptable Use Policy

These are the rules for everyone on Lovuli, run by Ninth Path Systems LLC. They’re part of our Terms of Service. Break them and we may remove what you posted, limit your account or close it for good.

You must be 18 or older

Lovuli is only for adults. We ask for your date of birth when you sign up and refuse anyone under 18. If we learn someone is under 18, we close their account. If you think someone may be under 18, report them from their profile.

Nothing illegal

Don’t use Lovuli to break the law or to plan, offer or encourage anything illegal, including selling drugs, weapons or other illegal goods or services.

Zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation

Never post, ask for, share or link to anything that sexualizes or exploits a child, and never use Lovuli to contact or groom a minor. We remove it, ban the account and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.

No sexual content on profiles

• No nudity, sexually explicit photos or sexual text in your photos, About me or prompt answers.
• We check every profile photo and profile text automatically before others see it, and refuse what breaks these rules.
• Don’t send sexual photos or messages to anyone who hasn’t clearly said yes.

No sexual violence or non-consensual content

• No sexual assault, threats of it, or content that shows or praises it.
• Never share intimate photos or videos of anyone without their consent, including “revenge porn”.
• No photos of other people posted as you, and no recordings of people without their permission.

No human or sex trafficking

Don’t use Lovuli to buy or sell sex, offer escort or “sugar” arrangements, recruit anyone for commercial sex, or help traffic anyone in any way. We ban these accounts and report them to law enforcement.

No scams or fraud

• Use your own real photos and honest details. One account per person, no fake profiles.
• Never ask members for money, gift cards, crypto or investments, and don’t sell or promote anything.
• No phishing, links to other sites, or attempts to take someone’s account, passwords or payment details.
• Our chat checks block links and flag messages about money that sound like a scam.

Treat people with respect

• No harassment, bullying, stalking, threats or hate based on who someone is.
• No violent or graphic content, and no spam.
• If someone says no or stops replying, leave them alone.

How we enforce it

• You can block or report anyone from their profile or your chat. They won’t know it was you.
• Our team reviews every report.
• Depending on what happened, we remove content, hide a profile from Explore or ban the account for good.
• We report child sexual exploitation to NCMEC and work with law enforcement when someone may be in danger.
