Law Enforcement Guidelines
Last updated November 4, 2026
Lovuli is run by Ninth Path Systems LLC, in Texas. This page is for police, prosecutors and other government agencies asking for information about a Lovuli account.
How to send a request
- Email [email protected] with “Law enforcement request” in the subject.
- Send it from an official government email address, with your name, agency, badge or ID number and a phone number we can call back.
- Tell us the account: the person’s email address, first name and city, or a link to their profile.
- Say what information you need and the dates it covers.
What we need first
We share members’ information only with valid legal process under US law: a subpoena for basic account details, and a court order or search warrant for anything more, like messages or photos. Requests from outside the US need to come through a US court, for example under a Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty.
Emergencies
If someone is in danger of death or serious injury right now, email us with “Emergency” in the subject and explain the emergency. We may share what’s needed to help without legal process, as US law allows.
Keeping records
We can keep an account’s records for 90 days while you get legal process; send the same details as above. The messages of a match that has ended are deleted 6 months later, so ask early.
Child safety
We report child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and answer follow-up requests about those reports.
Telling the member
We may tell a member when someone asks for their information, unless the law or a court order says we can’t, or telling them could put someone in danger.
