Cancel any time
On the website you pay by card through Stripe and can cancel any time in Settings. Your plan keeps going until the end of the time you’ve paid for. Bought through the App Store or Google Play, you cancel in your store account settings. See our Terms of Service.
Refunds
When you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the time you’ve paid for, and you aren’t charged again. We don’t refund the rest of a plan you’ve already started, except where the law requires it.
If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or charged after you cancelled, email us within 30 days of the charge and we’ll refund it in full to the card you paid with. Bought through the App Store or Google Play, refunds follow Apple’s or Google’s policy, and you ask them for one.
